Fernando Torres Message to Premier League Champions Chelsea

 Eden Hazard sealed a 1-0 win over Crystal Palace on Sunday afternoon ,making the Blues' first title since 2010.
Fernando Torres left Chelsea at the start of the season for AC Milan on loan before signing a permanent deal and subsequently rejoining boyhood side Atletico Madrid.


The Atleti Striker never won the league during his time in England, having spent three-and-a-half years with Liverpool before moving to Stamford Bridge in January 2011.

However, Fernando Torres has shown that he still has some sentimental attachment to the west London outfit, tweeting a picture of his former team-mates celebrating with the caption: "Congratulations to my @ChelseaFC mates. @premierleague Champions!" he said....
